How to apply?
If you have an elite status with any of the above hotel groups, then all you’ll have to do is send an email to statusmatch@carlsonrezidor.com with “Status Match” in the subject line and the following details:
- Your full name
- Your Club Carlson membership number
- Name of the other hotel loyalty program you want a status match from
- Membership number & elite tier level of the hotel loyalty program
- Enclose a (PDF or JPG) copy of your membership card with the other hotel loyalty program
Know how
Unfortunately, Club Carlson is only offering an elite status match for Silver and Gold level only. In a bid of getting your business from competitors by providing you the status with them, they are doing what industry knows the best.
You can status match only once. Unfortunately, their top tier Concierge is off limits on this one.
For me, I am already Gold Member with them and hence don’t see any other advantage staying here.
