For the first time, I got an offer from IHG that I thought meant to have some decent value (accelerate). I went ahead and accomplished their offer. In the process, I lost all my respect for IHG SERVICE. I stayed with their hotels in multiple countries

Except for Crowne Plaza Vilnius, I had literally same experience everywhere. Nobody offered to take my bag. Nobody asked if they could do anything to make me feel more comfortable. I would come to lobby looking sweaty, bloodshot eyes.. Nobody offered a glass of water even. (Apparently, IHG can’t afford giving customers water). Holiday Inn Skopje offered fruits but refused to provide water. Everyone insisted, I just use the tap in the bathroom.

Always the check in was subject to how quickly I can pull out my credit card and employees could go back to work. They charge €12 to €20 for most rip off breakfast. They offer me coffee, cereal and fruits/vegetables (As far as I recollect, IHG isn’t a bed and breakfast properties). Every time during check-in, I request staff that I am Vegan and would like some warm options. They always assure me that there will be something for me to eat. Around the breakfast time, it’s same old. I am officially thinking of never going back.
