Indigo accepted full responsibility for the aforementioned attack on the passenger Mr. Rajeev Katyal.
They claimed that until the end Mr. Juby Thomas who is the chief instigator of the incident was rather innocent as he didn’t do anything until the end. They removed certain frames where 2 people attacked the passenger. Even till the end, Mr. Juby Thomas was just defending himself. According to them, Mr. Sahiv Sharma didn’t do anything at all and his only fault is that he was smiling. WOW!

As I said, Indigo isn’t sorry for the incident that happened, they are sorry because they got caught. I am surprised that is Indigo PR team seeing the same video as everyone else while writing the report? The same thing happened with Ms P.V Sindhu where they tried to turn the story around in a similar manner. We are not buying what you are selling Indigo. As far as I see in the video, Indigo started the fight, dragged the passenger around, threatened him and now still trying to save the grace.
